You are entitled to ask for an exchange if the wrong product (a style different from what you had ordered online) has been delivered to you. Please contact our customer care department at care@zhooshmeup.com so we can arrange the return and dispatch the correct order. Please note that returns must be sent in their original condition and packaging.
If you have received the correct order but are not satisfied with the product please email us at care@zhooshmeup.com with pictures and details.
We do not offer any refunds.
For hygienic reasons all returns are immediately disposed of and not resold.
